My mom took her car to your South Colorado location in Denver. Jeff B. is fantastic. He has great customer service skills and bends over backwards to accommodate your needs. He is prompt and attentive and the best! Definitely will recommend Gerber to all my friends because of the outstanding service my mom received from Jeff.

My parents and I were beyond satisfied with the help from Jeff and Justice! We were visiting CO & got rear-ended on our way to a college visit. We were only staying in town for a week & needed a quick estimate and to see if our car was safe enough to drive 8 hrs back home. Jeff and Justice were so kind to work with us, to make sure we had a safe enough car to drive back in & to deal with our totaled car in under a weeks time! The staff was very professional, loyal, and friendly!

Could not have been a better experience. The staff is professional in appearance and approach to serving the client. They are knowlegeable, well trained, and client focused. I had a chance to work with the receptionist/scheduler, the estimator. (Justice) and the manager (Jake). I would recommend this location to anyone.

I couldn't have selected a better collision repair company. Fortunately, I have had little experience with collision repair, but friends and family have over the years. Their experiences as related to me make it clear that Gerber is at the top of the list of the best companies in the business given my interaction with them. My vehicle was severely damaged in an accident on the Interstate, and required extensive repairs. I dealt with Mr. Earl B. throughout my contact with Gerber, and he made all the difference. He was on top of every aspect of the three week repair process, and updated me twice a week without fail regarding the status of the vehicle. That was impressive and much appreciated! Jeff B. went above and beyond to make sure the whole process went smoothly for me. He took me home and picked me up when the car was complete. Totally detailed the car. It was a fleet vehicle for work and he made sure the cost didn't go above what he quoted me. This same shop took care of our personal car as well. Both experiences were top notch.

I have had the unfortunate need to utilize Gerber Collision 2 times in the last 2 years but thankfully Earl Bell was assigned to take care of my needs. I can't say enough about the way Earl has treated me and my family, he has demonstrated the model of professionalism and has been great in keeping me informed and always following up in a timely manner on whatever was needed next. I just want to thank Earl again for the great work that was done on my car and his accountability in getting everything he said he was going to do done to my expectations, GREAT JOB Earl!
