Justice is a real jewel, hang on to her. With all the storms we have had how she and Dana keep up and do it with a smile is beyond me. They never acted too busy to answer our questions even though we knew they were swamped. The work on the vehicle was so well done we are going to return for a little additional work we had not requested before. Great people. Great service. Great job.

When I was notified about my parked vehicle being damaged, I was not looking forward to dealing with the insurance company of the driver-at-fault. I was determined to get my Beetle repaired by an independent body shop, which had been recommended to me. I followed Safeco's policy to get an estimate to repair my Beetle from either Gerber OR Abra. The wait time, just to get an estimate of damage, was over a month. Gerber was able to accommodate my estimate immediately. I visited Gerber to receive the estimate of damages and I received quite a surprise. After dealing with both Desiree, front office manager, and Laura Fisher, the adjuster, I was completely impressed. Both Gerber these employees went out of their way to make sure the process was as "pain free" as possible. The communication by both phone and text was a brilliant way ... to communicate with customers. My Beetle was finished a day earlier than anticipated, and the color looks fantastic. I will recommend Gerber to anyone needing either auto body work OR a windshield repair.
