Gerber Collision rocks! They called a couple of times a week with updates. Laurie set up the rental car. One person painted my car and in addition, did the bumper too, at no extra cost. Did it on a Saturday! It is a wonderful place to go and get your auto body work done. Professional, caring, and honest. Will do business with them again.

The customer service we received was outstanding. When we arrived to drop off our car they called to find out where the rental car people were and assured us they were on their way We are extremely pleased with the way our car looks. We would definitely recommend Gerber to anyone.

WOW WOW1!! My car is back and in unbelievable shape thanks to Gerber Collision.! Everything about this shop is really top notch, especially the customer service/estimator Justice. She keeps in touch all the time and somehow manages to get it all done in less time than originally promised, Keep it up Gerber. AWESOME!!!

Sylas & Eric (my mechanics/artisans) very friendly and answered every silly question I had; Doug Earl(estimators/service managers) incredible ability to juggle several jobs, crunch a ridiculous amount of numbers and when at their peak, still willing to help me and walk me though the shop to see my in-progress repair. I was referred by Maurice G. I'm very pleased with the repairs that were done to my car. I like the fact, that I received daily email updates on my car. Jason K, provided excellent service and he knows his job very well. He was very easy to talk to, and explained everything to me in great detail. The front desk ladies took very good care of me. Louise kept me on my toes, if it wasn't for her there would've been a major issue with the insurance company paying for my repairs. The young man, that had inspected my car was very courteous and kind. You have a great team of people, and I will definitely come back and I will refer as many people as I can.Thank you, Stacee P.

One statement describes this body shop, "Very customer and quality focused". Everyone at this facility treats you special from the front desk to estimator. They promise to give you status updates and they do. Great for planning. My car was finished a couple of days ahead of schedule, Car looked good as new when completed. Will and have referred this facility to friends and Family.

My love of Gerber started a couple of years ago when I met Justis who did such a great job of estimating. This time around it was Jeff and Dana who took excellent care. We will be back and we'll be sure everyone know how pleased we were. I like the courteous, knowledgeable service. I appreciate being kept apprised of the progress of repairs. I particularly appreciate getting the job completed earlier than estimated
