I have had several occasions in the past two years of working with Gerber Collision in Pueblo West Colorado, most recently in April of this year. The staff has always been professional and up front about what repairs were being done to my vehicle. The end result has always been to my satisfaction! Your staff person, Alicia A., at the front desk has been such a pleasure to work with. She provides service with a smile, is very efficient and friendly. She is definitely as asset to your company. It is very rare to get good customer service these days. I would like to thank you and Alicia for a great experience with your company and will definitely do business with you again!

Justice R is awesome! somebody give that women a promotion. she is way to happy every time i talk to her and i love that. happiness is infectious and thats the best place to make other people happy. nobody wants to be in an accident and get their car fixed, but justice helped make that a little better with just her attitude. I had the misfortune of inflicting some damage to my brand new 2015 Outback. Had previously worked with Gerber on Colorado Blvd and knew that they offered top notch service. (The only drawback was the very long wait time between estimate and when they could actually get me scheduled for the repairs--a byproduct of their excellent service and reputation.) When the time came, Gerber did not disappoint. My car once again looks brand new. I worked with Jeff B. throughout the process. He was a consummate professional, always went the extra mile, and kept me well-informed throughout the entire process. On top of it all, they finished the repairs over a week ahead of schedule. I would not hesitate to go back to Gerber in the future should the need arise...I just hope that need is not anytime soon!!

This was my first experience with Gerber Collision & Glass and I think I've found my new "go to" body shop! They got me right in for a non-scheduled estimate, ordered the part and installed it the following week. The installation only took an hour and was completed while I waited. I worked with Jordan M. for both the estimate and the actual work performed - I was very impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and helpfulness, plus he was extremely friendly and courteous. He even made a minor repair no included on the original estimate free of charge. I am very impressed with Jordan and Gerber Collision and will be taking my cars back to them for needed repairs. I would highly recommend this shop!

Jeff B. is fabulous. My car needed body work and while I had been told that my repair could not be done for several months due to a service backlog (hail damage in the area), Jeff got me in on the schedule within six weeks of the accident. He heard my plea that I needed the car for a business trip and made it happen. While my car was in the shop, he called me with updates and delivered the car back to me well within the time estimated. I was thrilled with the work done and the technicians took great care to ensure that the work was done to the highest standard. If your car needs body work, I would highly recommend this shop .

I want to compliment Justice R. on her exemplary service during my recent service. After the accident (no fault of mine), Justice walked me through the process and calmed me down, answering all my questions. While the shop was very busy, she made me feel like I had all her attention and she cared about my business. What a wonderful service person!!!
