Gerber collision is by far the most honest auto repair shop I have ever delt with. I was completely unsure of what was wrong with my vehicle. I trusted Gerber to locate the problem and diagnose the situation. That's exactly what they did. Erica went above and beyond and helped me though this tough delema. Erica kept me updated throughout the procedure everyday. I felt everything would be taken care of and it was. My jeep rides better than ever now and I owe it to the hard work of Erica and the trusted team at Gerber collision. If anyone is ever looking for a collision shop this is the first and last place I would recommend. I am 100% satisfied with the repairs. The job and work put into repairing out damage honda accord was fantastic. When we went to go pick it up, it looked brand new and back to normal. The service was great and friendly staff workers to help you out and also was able to get a free 5 day rental through their website., which is a big plus. They wash the exterior and clean inside which is a huge plus. They really work hard to earn your trust in taking care of the car and make sure to keep your experiences with your insurance and repairs satisfy. Great job Gerber.

I had the best customer experience with Erica D. She was very cheerful as soon as we met, and explained the entire process very well to me. I had a few concerns regarding time and she updated me every step of the way, letting me know exactly what was going on with my car. My 8 day fix turned into half of that! I am more than happy with the service she provided. And am very thank ful she took the time to address all of my concerns. Thank you Erica! I greatly appreciate it!
