Actually, my car was completed before the scheduled date. It now runs beautifully and looks brand new! Joe at the Clinton location really came through for me. Took a big weight off my shoulders by standing behind their work. I had an issue with a repair (the first time ever). Because of this, my son had managed to damage the door. Some time had passed and I thought I would just get the run around about the repair. This was not the case at all. Joe stepped up and took care of everything. It was almost too easy. I've been going to Gerber for a long time (since it was Collex). They've always done quality work. This is the first time I had to test their resolve. They passed with flying colors. This is a lease vehicle that I will be turning in soon. The last thing I wanted to do was spend more money on repairs so the dealer wouldn't nail me for the same. I will be returning if the need arises. Thank you Joe and the rest of the crew. The repairs were completed more quickly than I expected, and the pick up process was simple, quick, and straightforward. Gerber collision is by far the most honest auto repair shop I have ever delt with. I was completely unsure of what was wrong with my vehicle. I trusted Gerber to locate the problem and diagnose the situation. That's exactly what they did. Erica went above and beyond and helped me though this tough delema. Erica kept me updated throughout the procedure everyday. I felt everything would be taken care of and it was. My jeep rides better than ever now and I owe it to the hard work of Erica and the trusted team at Gerber collision.
