We recently had an accident the agent that started our file left Gerber in the middle of the job. Sammy took over the file that was a complete & udder nightmare. We had 7 days of complete chaos & miscommunication. I had previously worked with Joshua at that location I went in & explained the situation. He immediately took over, appologized & assured me that my I will never return attitude would be gone before we were finished. Guess what? He was right. My car ia fixed looks brand new & I am singing his praises everywhere anyone will listen. So if you have any needs for thier services please go see Joshua he is the BEST around. While the work turned out to be a simple buffing out of a rub mark, their estimator Derek was very professional and took the time to explain the options. He stated the best day and time to bring the car back, how long it should take. Everything was exactly as stated and I could not have been more pleased.

I had the get some work done on the driver side door of my car. I thought, since my car was already in the shop I might as well repair a prior incident I had. Gator the estimator gladly took on the task and in less than three days my car was repaired! I am so happy to be back in my car, dent free and nicely painted!!!

Excellent experience! Was greeted by Josh as I pulled up. He assessed the damage, explained the process and how long it would take. When I picked the car up it looked brand new! They did an excellent job repairing the damage. Josh was courteous and right on with the timeframe for repair. Should one of our vehicles be damaged in the future, I will definitely connect with Gerber for the repairs.
