Excellent experience! Was greeted by Josh as I pulled up. He assessed the damage, explained the process and how long it would take. When I picked the car up it looked brand new! They did an excellent job repairing the damage. Josh was courteous and right on with the timeframe for repair. Should one of our vehicles be damaged in the future, I will definitely connect with Gerber for the repairs.

Ms. Rosa P. Took care of us in Clermont. My husband and I were hesitant to even go in to get the repairs done from our fender bender, but after talking to Ms. Rosa, she talked to us about common damages that happen in fender benders that aren't seen from the outside! She seemed very knowledgeable, and I am so grateful she talked us through this process, and the possible damages! We went ahead and got the car repaired, and good thing, because a few very important sounding issues came up. The repairs came out wonderful, and you wouldn't even ever guess the front of a car have been damaged!

Very well organized business. Well executed written estimate. Work was completed sooner than expected. And final tally came to 16% less than estimate due to parts ordered but not needed. vehicle is a 2018 GMC Terrain with only 1200 miles. Finished repair can not be distinguished from the factory original.

I got regular phone updates on the progress of the repair which was a plus. My car was completed in the time frame that was promised and I am very happy with the end product. I was so impressed with the service I experienced with Gerber Collision. From the time I originally came in to drop my vehicle off for repairs, the staff were so welcoming and thorough with details of the process that were to come. It was so reassuring to be updated via text and calls about the steps that were taking place, and when my vehicle would be available for pick up. Hector did a fantastic job at keeping me informed through the entire process. He made it easy for me! I would also like to express how extremely grateful I am for the cleanliness of my vehicle, inside and out! On top of just experiencing a collision, when I was driving to Gerber, my child got sick and vomited in my vehicle. This is extremely rare, so when it happened, I was in disbelief and a little embarrassed that I was about to leave my vehicle with Gerber, ... smelling like vomit. I cleaned everything as best I could, but the smell was still there. (The staff even offered their assistance, but I declined, of course) On the drive back to retrieve my vehicle, I dreaded the thought of the smell of vomit that I knew was stewing in the Florida sun for a week. I was in total shock when I opened my vehicle's door and everything was spotless! It smelled so clean and refreshing, I was in disbelief. I might have been happier about that than the actual repair itself. (LOL) I appreciate the staff and service at Gerber of Clermont. This experience was quick and painless...
