Beth handled all the paperwork with my wife and I. Gerber did a great job of KEEPING US INFORMED throughout the two weeks they had our Jeep. We even received periodic Text Msgs which we thought were a great Customer Service standpoint. Overall they were wonderful and I will highly recommend them to anyone in Clayton, NC or elsewhere. Thanks Gerber we are very satisfied with the work provided, the friendliness, professionalism and the Customer Service was right on target....GREAT JOB!!!!

The staff was very friendly and the service was prompt. My vehicle was in the shop for glass repair and other minor things, due to vandalism. So as you can imagine I was really upset, but Beth called me with status updates and really put my mind at ease. Gus went above and beyond with customer service also. I would recommend Gerber Collision and Glass to anyone needing glass or collision repair. Thank you guys so much!

I wanted you to know how pleased I was with the service I got at the Clayton repair, Bobby Clifton was sp good to me and keeping me informed what was going on and had done an excellent job in a timely manner. Very professional andhis team was awesome. I would go back to this store and highley recommend it to everyone I know. Bobby called and let me know what was going on and kept me posted about eveything and even called the rental car to get me set up to rent a car. It was so easy. Thank you for having people like that working for you it really made my life easy with this. Thank you Bobby and your crew for what they did for me.

My car was vandalized using egg and latex paint. This company took my car in the garage, pressure washed off the material and put a coat of wax on the car. I was very impressed at the professionalism and attention to detail that was provided. A class A business. I would recommend them for any body repair or damage to your automobile

What a great expierence, they actually delivered my car back to my house for me. Bobby made everything so easy for me. I had planned on taking my car elsewhere for repairs but after Bobby gave me a tour of the shop and treated me so professionally I knew I was going to have Gerber repair my car. I was very impressed with the service that I received at Gerber Collision in Clayton! I was leaving to go out of town a week after I dropped my car off, and they made sure to get everything finished before I had to leave. If I ever need my car fixed, I will be going back to Gerber!! A tree fell and crushed my pick-up truck bed, I need my truck for work. They we're going to re-place the sides, but that would've taken a week to 10 days. They took the time to track down a truck bed, let me look at it , matched the paint, and painted it ,before I had to bring the truck in. They repaired it in a DAY! THE TRUCK LOOKS BRAND NEW and I lost no time at work. Great Job Thanks
