My car was initially towed to Durham-chapel Hill Rd. location (after I hit a deer) but they were too busy to do the work in a timely fashion. They asked my permission to tow the car to their Clayton location, where they could fix it. The car was taken off to to Clayton and was fixed quickly. Everyone at BOTH locations were very helpful and very kind. I couldn't have asked for better, more personal service. Thanks to all of you who fixed my poor Civic. It looks and rides great again.
