I was very pleased with the service provided by Sam R. He was very professional and answered all of my concerns. Since I hadn't been involved in a accident for over 20 years, speaking to someone like Mr. R. made the process less stressful. I would highly recommend Gerber Collision.

This was my first accident and I can genuinely say Gerber made it as pleasant of an experience as possible! The GM, Sam R, was so friendly and helpful. They not only did an exceptional job repairing the damage from the accident, but did a couple minor courtesy touch ups too! Also, I had a piece of broken furniture in my back seat that I've been meaning to fix, and Sam even gave me a call asking if I wanted them to glue it back together for me! I couldn't believe it! They went above and beyond and I couldn't be happier or more impressed!

Tom R. was incredibly during helpful the entire process. The insurance company had authorized non-Honda parts but after they were installed, Tom noted that the quality and alignment was not there and got these parts replaced quickly with original Honda parts. They test drove the car and noted damage from a previous accident that another body shop had not repaired properly. I've returned to that body shop for a "re-do", saving me a lot of costs and risks in the future. Thanks Tom for looking out for me and taking the time to educate me!!

I like professionalism and personal care to my auto at Gerber. Tom R. Is a great estimator for Gerber and I wish to see more people like him at every business location. Hope no one would have to see a collision center, but if an inevitable event does happen I would recommend this place. Tom(Estimator) and Angie were great. Timely updates and best professional courtesy I have seen in people in years. I would definitely recommend this place.
