Tom was very kind and he was very helpful for us he made sure we were helped and he did that fast and efficiently. The car was fixed beautifully and buffed out (to our surprise). Amazing experience at the Gerber collision center. I hadn't had better customer experience in my life. Amazing job!!

I had many of my cars repaired at Gerber Northwest Highway. I'm not big on surveys but this shop deserves one. My car looks great. Repairs were finished ahead of schedule. I was kept informed and customer service from Tom was above and beyond. If I need collision repairs in the future this is the only place I will trust with any of my cars. Thank you. Thumbs up.

Service was great -- from my initial phone call with Angie to finish. The job was completed sooner than expected, everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. The car rental with Enterprise was seamless and also very professional and fast. All-in-all it made an experience that could have been a real pain, almost hassle-free. Thank you.

My Kia was rear-ended by a Sate Farm driver. State Farm recommended this Gerber location which is 5 minutes from my house. From the time of my first call to Jordan to the final pickup everything was about me and the SUV. Tom and Jordan main concern was my safety- meaning that my SUV was repaired back to Kia Specs. They were very concerned about the rear bumper and ALL hidden damage, which they found upon taking it apart and repairing it correctly. This is a BIG DEAL to me. No cheating or cutting corners. Tom even took the time to explain everything to my wife, who drive s it and understood every item Tom explained!! Give that man a Raise! Just wanted to provide positive feedback to people who have earned it. Thanks.

All of the people at Gerber were very kind and helpful. After getting rear ended I was told about them and read great reviews so chose this Gerber. Thomas, the estimator, explained to me the process and was able to get me scheduled for a car quickly. When I picked up my car I believe his name was Sam, explained to me all the work they did and some stuff they found. They were able to put back on a hubcap that I wasn't able to myself and replaced a brake light that I was not aware was out. The whole process was simple and worry free.

The two gentlemen just left after replacing my front windshield and I had to share that they were excellent. they called when I was told they would, the followup to let me know they would be arriving in 20 minutes, and they completed it in the time they said. they were pleasant and professional, making a stressful situation a breeze! Went there with my Acura tsx 2010 to fix a panel on the side of the windshield that would not stick with different glues i tried. They took care of it really quickly and did a professional job making sure not only that its put back straight and aligned but also doing a clean job. The speed plus the quality of the job performed left me pleased. This is not the first time my family has brought our cars to their place but we leave happy each time. I recommend it to all my friends or family because we trust our cars in their hands so they know they can trust theirs as well. Yes there are plenty of good mechanic places but they treat you very well and the work is done smoothly treating you like a welcomed guest. If you care about your car as much as i do and don't even let a fly touch it i recommend it. Thanks again for your great service!
