I went in there with high hopes and was not disappointed. Rachael and Marcy were absolutely lovely and professional every step of the way. I received detailed updates twice a week from Rachel on the costs and the progress of the repairs, which really put my mind at ease. Though I hope I don't need it, this location has definitely earned a customer for life.

Having to deal with a crashed car is never fun. Between Gerber and Enterprise, they both made it pretty painless. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. They kept me up to date and got my car back to me earlier than expected.

They were super professional and friendly, and my vehicle looks as good as new after a minor accident. Received my vehicle back within a timely fashion, and Karl was incredibly helpful and communicative. The entire process was painless, considering accidents and repairs are a pain to deal with.

I would give your Company 10 stars as Dina & Fijjardo have an excellent work ethic & made sure I was taken care of. Constant updates Fijjardo went out his way to buff a pot that was missed & even refused my tip. He was very professional & came across as a nice honest worker.B/C of them I would recommend my friends & relatives to this body shop.

After an unfortunate run in while parking, my bumper came completely off. I was panicked at how much it would cost and where I would even go to fix it. Recommended by my dealership, Gerber was amazing! Not only was the service fast, friendly and professional, but my bumper was reattached free of charge! Overall a wonderful experience! I would recommend Gerber to anyone looking for collision or glass work.
