The service that I received was great. They informed me on the process of the repairs on my car. This is the best team of people that I have ever worked with. Marcie and Rachael were great. I would refer people that I know for auto repairs to head over to gerber collision & glass for their auto repairs, because they are people who care about you and ensure that you are satisfied with your repairs.

Everyone at this facility including the enterprise reps were truly great to work with!!!! Everyone had great attitudes and energy every single time I was there or dealing with something over the phone. This office location and its team were super, responsive, customer focused. I cannot say enough about them. Although they were assessing a problem I was having which was warranty work done by another body repair shop in Alexandria, Virginia they treated the situation as if they were responsible for the issue. Fortunately, the problem/issue turned out to be minor and they fixed/resolved the matter in coordination with the original body shop in Virginia who did the work and got me on my way with no charge. I highly recommend these guys...what professionalism should be like.
