Sam Rihani was great. Not only did he keep me informed about the progress of my repairs, he went the extra step when I needed help with a tire problem. The repairs to my Subaru Forrester were completed on time and to my satisfaction. Was given an estimate by Chris Freihaut who was very helpful in giving me information to consider for the repair and in arranging a rental car on site . He made follow-up phone calls and delivered a vehicle that was sparkling clean and well repaired on time. My husband and I were very happy with the end results and with the excellent service throughout the repair process. Many thanks to Chris, the repair crew, and counter staff for the great service. When we need future repairs we would not hesitate to bring our vehicle back and will highly recommend this Gerber location to family and friends.

Sam was AMAZING!!!! It is never fun to have to turn over your keys, get a rental, and have work done on your car, BUT Sam made it worth while.
