Working with Gerber was super easy and a complete joy. Raul is such a nice guy! I had gotten rear-ended in my BRAND NEW CAR and although the damage was minor, I was being really OCD about getting it back to perfection. He totally understood, reassured me it would be like brand new again and not to worry. Setting up a rental was easy and convenient since Enterprise was right there in the same office. I barely had to use it, though because my car was done two days earlier than predicted! When I went to pick it up, it was beautiful. It seemed like they gave it a nice wash and even detailed the inside! It really was like picking up a brand new car again. I'm so happy to have it back. I'd recommend this location to anyone that needs body work done. It's nice to do business with people that make you feel like they genuinely care!

I came to the Halsted St offices on a Saturday morning after I had a collision with a deer the pervious evening. I needed to get back home to downstate Illinois and I was not sure if my car was drivable for the long trip back - 120 miles.Both Fate at the reception desk and Neal the service manager were both supportive and prfessional helping me calm my concerns. I certainly would reccomend Gerber as a wonderful customer friendly place. They both were just wonderful to work with and are a credit to your organization.

I have used gerber on halsted for the last 10 years and I have to say they have been consistently excellent. The girls at the front counter are super friendly and my rep Tom was really great about explaining what needed to be done, provided a realistic timeline, and kept me updated on the progress. the finished work (had been in a minor accident) done 3 hours earlier than expected. They did a thorough job (which was a relief as it was a lease). Thanks for taking a potentially stressful situation and making it much less so!

This location is wonderful, I unfortunately have been hit twice so twice I've had to bring my car in and they are always so wonderful. Raul has been very hlepful every single time. He gladly takes my calls and answers any questions I may have! The work on the car is impeccable, even the receptionist is wonderful to work with. I would recommend this location to anyone.

The folks at Halsted Gerber and their brand new staff went out of their way to retain my bysiness. The work they did on my car was beautiful. Taia at the front desk was courteous, helpful and professional. I was in and out in a rental vehicle in under 15 minutes. the manager is a class-act. Keep it up guys

Excellent service/consultation advice provided by Edwin Lebron re. collision repair on my Chrysler 300; Cecilia, assisted by Priscilla in the office, handled the paperwork professionally and both were friendly/congenial; auto looked terrific after repair work. An exceptional staff made the repair process easier to cope with after my accident.

I had an amazingly wonderful experience with this facility. Being in a collision is a traumatic thing and these people, the insurance guy, the enterprise lady and the gerber people were all so friendly and helpful. My car came out looking fabulous. I am so happy with the work that was done on my car and the experience I had at Gerber. I would DEFINITELY go back there if need be and I will definitely recommend them to anyone that may need collision/glass repair.

The service was excellent. I brought the car in for repair Sept 21, and picked the car up this afternoon - Sept. 27. Tom Roznowski was the Gerber Rep..and he was very helpful, and professional... THe team at Gerber did a fantastic job on my repair. I have a high end performance car and the body repairs and required detailing were first class in every respect. Also, the wheel had to be refinished and they didn't like the way the wheel came back and on their own they fixed this issue. Edwin LeBron was great at follow-up and customer satisfaction. I will definately come back and will recommend Gerber to my friends.

I would like to compliment the staff at the Chicago Halsted location for their excellent customer service. I have been rear-ended not once, but twice in the last two months, and have taken my car to this Gerber location both times for repair. I worked with Raul both times, and he was terrific. He was friendly, responsive, and kept me informed of the repair status. I can't say enough good things about his professionalism, and my car looked fantastic post-repair on both occasions. I would also like to compliment Cecilia the receptionist on her excellent customer service skills. When I was picking my car up yesterday, she handled telephone calls with three difficult customers with ease and professionalism. I have been a victim of catalytic converter theft twice in the past two month. The second time, it occurred at the worst possible time. I was planning to drive my father in-law to his sister birthday party in Cleveland. The part was taken off my car on a Tuesday morning; and i choose to take my car to Gerber. I told Cecillia, Paul, and Priscilla of Gerber, of my situation and begged them to find a way to repair my car by Thursday so i could still drive my father in-law to Cleveland. They rushed the repairs through and i was able to use may car on the road trip for what turned out to be a very special occassion.
