While my car was in their shop to be fixed, I was well informed of what was happening every step of the way which made me feel comfortable and at ease that my car is in "good hands." Raul and the team did a great job. The estimate to no time. The car was finished on time even with some extra items that were not during the original estimate. The office staff was very courteous and helpful. The adjuster that assisted me with the claim was informative and kept me in the loop from the time my car was accepted for repairs until my car was released back to my possession. If I had and lets hope not a need to use their service for repairs I would be more than happy to bring my car back to Gerber Collision & Glass.

Gerber's estimate was the lowest of 2 estimates and the final cost matched the estimate. Francisco Sanchez is an outstanding estimator, very courteous, and very professional. The service desk personnel were very professional and courteous. The work was performed very promptly and met all of my expectations. This is my 2nd experience with this location and I highly recommend them.

So, once again I was hit, and once again brought my car into Gerber and once again I am nothing but stunned and overjoyed with the amazing customer service and auto work they did! Raul not only fixed the damage but also took care of a couple other scrathes on my bumper! My car is like new, Im so happy I once again chose Gerber Collision and Glass

Initially I was most impressed with the patience and understanding Francisco Sanchez, Estimator/Collion Advisor, extended to me during the whole process from the initial estimate through final completion and satisfaction of the work performed. This was a situation where the person who hit my car wanted to pay for the damages as opposed to putting a claim through the insurance company. This approach turned out to be far more taxing then I would have expected but Franciso was there to reassure me that everything would work out. And then I got my car back. What a wonderful job then did not only with the repair but with painting. My husband, the guys at the parking garage are all really impressed, as am I. I was most pleased with the service my car and I received. The estimator that I dealt with, Francisco Sanchez, was very patient and understanding as we went through the whole process. The person who hit my car was paying for the repair rather than filing an insurance clain, which I assume would make things easier. It did not but thanks to francisco patience and willingness to cooperate, everything worked out fine. My car looks great. The damages were, of course, repaired and the paint job they did was fantastic. My car is 16 years old so matching the paint probably wasnt the easiest thing to do. I was impressed, too, with the entire staff, from the gals behind the desk to the guys out in the shop. Today I had the pleasure of working with Raul Rodriguez. He was extremely friendly and helpful. I went into get an estimate on replacing the honda emblem for the front of my car. I had originally gone to CAARS Honda where I bought my car and the emblem. CAARS told me that it would be $120 to install the part because they would have to remove the front grill. On a whim I stopped at Gerber because I had had work done there before. Raul assured me that the grill did not need to come off, and gave me a price that saved me about $100. Thanks Raul! Gerber is lucky to have somebody like you working for them.

I had an excellent experience with those location. Concetta Hutton went above and beyond. My car was fixed quickly efficiently and they dealt with the insurance company well. Enterprise was awesome. this was the best experience after having a car accident that I could have asked for. Thanks!

We took our car to gerber for a minor collision repair and to get some "chicago parking" bumper scratches buffed out. One of the front fenders was partially pulled out but we didn’t fix it right away because of cost. However Raul at Gerber was able to have it popped back into place and buffed it out to look like new for NO ADDITONAL COST! He definitely understands customer service and I would recommend Gerber again.

"I have had to use Gerber three times due to "not my fault" accidents, anyhow I have no complaints about the service, rather I am so impressed with the speed, efficiency and genuine friendliness of all the people I dealt with from the front desk to concetta, my rep. Oh and of course the work they did on my war was great. I would recommend gerber to anyone who asks. It is not my intention to ever go back there ,but if those are services I find mysenf needing in the future, I will go back to Gerber."
