The great team at Gerber deserves more than 5 stars. They were amazingly prompt to start and complete the repairs. They kept me informed of the progress and it turned out that they were able to get all the necessary parts sooner than expected. They completed the work in than half the time. They were professional and courteous. It was great working with them. They fixed the right front of my car.

I would totally give 20 stars if I could! I dropped my car off on Monday (12/4) and by Tuesday (12/5) it was done. They worked so fast. They also did a deep clean of my car which was so unexpected but I really do appreciate it

Had such a fabulous experience with Gerber. They were friendly and made sure I was updated quickly on what was needed to be done on my car. They made sure I understood what needed to be done on my car and got my car fitted into a very busy schedule as I couldn't drive it without my side mirror. I will be recommending them in the future for sure!

I would give Gerber Collision & Glass TEN STARS if I could. Everyone there was kind, attentive, reassuring, and professional in handling what I expected to be an unhappy situation for me. Covid, the last winter holiday season, short staffing for them, and the hit and run damage done to my SUV and no knowledge of a good repair service in town all left me in a more sour mood than I could imagine. But that was simply wasted energy on my part. My auto insurer listed Gerber among my options here in Champaign. With fingers crossed, I called them. What a relief! From the office staff to those who made my SUV look new again, I have never been treated better. My repairs were done as quickly as possible, they stayed in touch along the way, and I was back in the road, happier than ever. I want to make some corrections from my last post of my experience with Gerber Collision & Repair. Jason is a trustworthy and very understanding, he shows respect for people feelings and he is honest when it comes to explaining the service needed and provided. His Word is his Bond. Kim is also a great individual working there. I can't speak for anyone eles there but Jason and Kim are the best to go to.

This is my second time using Gerbers in Champaign Il and once again I am so glad I did. To say they care to please the customer is an understatement. Paul, Kim and the staff there went above and beyond to give me class A service. AND retuned our van to us in pristine condition ( including a good cleaning !).
