I would give Gerber Collision & Glass TEN STARS if I could. Everyone there was kind, attentive, reassuring, and professional in handling what I expected to be an unhappy situation for me. Covid, the last winter holiday season, short staffing for them, and the hit and run damage done to my SUV and no knowledge of a good repair service in town all left me in a more sour mood than I could imagine. But that was simply wasted energy on my part. My auto insurer listed Gerber among my options here in Champaign. With fingers crossed, I called them. What a relief! From the office staff to those who made my SUV look new again, I have never been treated better. My repairs were done as quickly as possible, they stayed in touch along the way, and I was back in the road, happier than ever. I want to make some corrections from my last post of my experience with Gerber Collision & Repair. Jason is a trustworthy and very understanding, he shows respect for people feelings and he is honest when it comes to explaining the service needed and provided. His Word is his Bond. Kim is also a great individual working there. I can't speak for anyone eles there but Jason and Kim are the best to go to.

This is my second time using Gerbers in Champaign Il and once again I am so glad I did. To say they care to please the customer is an understatement. Paul, Kim and the staff there went above and beyond to give me class A service. AND retuned our van to us in pristine condition ( including a good cleaning !). I highly recommend Gerbers on Bloomington Road in Champaign for anyone who is needing collision repair in central Illinois.
