Illinois - Many thanks for your service in replacing the windshield on our 2003 Toyota Camry. From initial phone contact, to working out logistics, and through the actual replacement, everyone has been competent and friendly; in other words: professional. I especially want to recognize the installer, Kevin, who was great to work with. In addition to performing the replacement work, he gave good instructions on the details for going forward: keeping a window slightly open; taking care to avoid slamming doors; waiting an hour before driving; waiting a day to re-install the tollway transponder; and waiting 3 days before washing. This is the kind of service that is so valuable these days when life seems to take a whole staff to handle complexities of even everyday life. It was quick and simple. Illinois - The installer did great work. He his time and did and excellent job and went out of his way to help. I would recommend Gerber to friends and family. In the future, I would like to request Kevin if any other needs arise with our cars. Thank you for a job well done.
