Illinois - Josh was great. He called me and told me when he was going to be at the Buffalo Grove location. So when I got there I gave him the keys he answered all the questions I had. I couldn't belive how fast he got the job done. I will definitely recomend Gerber glass to any one.

Illinois - Unfortunately my car was broken into and my driver side glass was shattered. As you can imagine, winter in Chicago without a window is not a pleasant experience. After calling around, I found Gerber to have the best price, and they were willing to come out to my work to fix it. The installation expert did the job in the middle of a driving sleet storm, vacuumed my car out and left it as good as new. Would HIGHLY wreck-ommend them to anyone who needs this service!

True2Form service levels are amazing. My opinion about auto body shops before True2Form was that they concealed the truth and provided little if any information about your car. The ability to track progress online with updated photos removes all the mystery and demonstrates you commitment to quality work. Great job!

Georgia - My 1998 Chevy Truck had a chipped and cracked from windshield. I contacted Gerber at 11am and they had someone at my home by 2pm the same day. The Gerber representative was John B. and he did a great job. The cost was about $50 less than another company quoted who couldn't get to it for 2 days. I'm now a fan of Gerber Collision & Glass.

Illinois - Your technician just left my house after replacing our back window of our van. He was extremely professional, friendly and quick. Illinois - My service technician/installer, Mike, did an excellent job. He was also friendly and courteous. He even noticed and adjusted the dashboard clip that was loose and when replacing my wiper blade arms, adjusted the one that has been out of whack for years. I will recommend Gerber Collision & Glass if the situation arises.
