I would just like to thank both Heather and Kelly for their fantastic customer service during my repairs. The day of my accident I contacted Kelly for an estimate and I was able to get in right away. Nationwide was contacted immediately and my repairs were set up with my drop off date before I left. I was contacted regularly about the update of my repairs and it was great to watch my car throughout the repair process. Kelly and Heather were so helpful with all of my questions and were always willing to listen to my questions and always had an answer for me. They were the most pleasant part of this experience and because of the great customer service I would recommend True2Form to anyone in need of a repair. Thank you!!

From the moment I walked through the door, Matt (who no longer works for you as a result of going back to school to change career direction) was outstanding. He was empathetic to my need for a perfect job of repairing my brand new car which was damaged by a hit/and/run. Matt took the time to discuss everything with me and explain the areas I was unsure of. He reassured me that the repairs would be perfect and when I came to pick up my car, there was a tiny area I was not happy with and he went the extra mile to fix it and make me happy. After taking my car home I noticed a small area that the paint was dull and when I took my car back to Boyd, Matt immediately took care of my concern with no hassles. Having been very upset that my brand new car had been hit and damaged, I can now look at my car a feel OK. There are no more reminders of ... the hit/and/run and Matt at Boyd Collision Repair made that happen. Thanks Matt, you were really great to deal with. Illinois - Mike was awesome with the repair of my windshield. He called before he came and was very prompt in his arrival. He did a great job with the windshield and took the time to explain things. I would recommend him to any of my family or friends.

Illinois - I often think of sending these but much of the time it gets forgotten, I need to do better with that. But the professionalism, respectfulness, and craftsmanship of the employee that came to fix our window today was amazing. He pulled up to the house and from the time he extended his hand to shake mine until he finished the job he was so polite. The workorder is W0121112172, I only got his first name is Kevin. Customer service seems to be dying away, but Kevin really knows what how people should be treated. Next time I need this service I will remember Gerber for sure instead of just google'ing glass repair.

Illinois - IMPRESSED!! I went to Crystal Lake Gerber to have my windshield replaced after I had gone somewhere else that had done a horrible shiesty job. Joe not only did the best job ever, but he also was very informative and showed me exactly what needed to be done/fixed. I am so glad he was the one that got called to do the work on my van! From now on I will be asking for JOE at Gerber if I ever need any glass work again!! I can't thank you enough for the wonderful job Joe!!!

Illinois - On 3/17 and 3/21 I had service calls for my vehicle. The first for inspection and the second for repair. I had the best experience with Gerber both times. My technician was Joe Zemke and both his work and communication about the repair was fantastic. Joe explained everything to me and was very informative in answering all the questions I asked. When he returned to repair the window he surprised me. He explained to me that one of the parts was not needed and therefore did not install it. I have to say, with a son in college this honesty was greatly appreciated. I work in customer service and recognize where service is outstanding and when credit is due to the person providing the service. Gerber is fortunate to have him as a technician. I thought I was in for a huge bill after a concrete truck sprayed the front of my car and the concrete had hardened. I stopped at Boyd's to inquire about the damage. A half hour later, my car was completely cleaned and washed. The cleaning process was explained to me and I was not charged a dime! Thank you Boyd! Linda

Everything has gone very smoothly. The only thing that could be improved would be my rental reservation. I was told by the person entering my claim that the body shop would contact Enterprise for my rental whereas the body shop told me to do it myself. When I arrived at Enterprise they still had to call Nationwide to get the rental approved.

Arizona - I want to thank Gerber for their professional service!! I had an appointment with two other companies prior to contacting Gerber (I did not realize Gerber had mobile service when looking for service), neither company came through. One did not show up and the other was going to use a defective windshield! Gerber worked around my hectic, demanding schedule and came out right when they said they would. The technician called me to tell me he arrived, called when he was done, and came into my business meeting to collect payment. The installer, Jose L. entered quietly and was respectful of the sensitive nature of the work going on in my office. When he gave me the invoice and I told him I had a different quote, he called the office. I showed him the quoted I had received and he quickly resolved the issue. I paid exactly what was ... quoted and he was more than willing to take the time to read the quote to the person on the other end of the phone. He was very professional and courteous. I am so impressed with the whole process! The scheduling department called to verify and work with my schedule when I submitted via internet, followed up the day before, and the level of service from the installer was unsurpassed. I will never go anywhere else for body work or glass again! I am so happy with Gerber and wish I knew the name of the lady who scheduled. Maybe you can find it from the work order number W056110427. Illinois - I dropped in at the Gerber location in Skokie Illinois on 3/14/2011 for an estimate as there was a a long scratch along the driver's side of my car. Sam the manager was so friendly and accommodating, the scratch buffed out immediately. My car looked great. They even washed it!! I will definately recommend that location and return if needed in the future.

Illinois - Mike was our service technician and came out to our house to replace our windshield. He was very informative as I was interested in seeing how the windshield would be replaced. He definitely seemed to have had plenty of experience and took pride in his work.
