I was very impressed with how they handled the issues surrounding inaccuracies on the ICBC estimate provided to me. They contacted the estimator immediately and ensured that I was taken care of properly. They went out of their way to ensure I was satisfied and even stayed late to ensure no future repairs were missed on the second estimate. Veronica was very helpful and Jo gave me a follow-up call the next day to confirm all would be taken care of on the next estimate and that the estimator had made the necessary notes for my claim. Thanks guys for putting up with me. (^_^)

Kellea Wyatt handled my claim and did an amazing job. She was very knowledgeable and helpful while my vehicle was in the shop. She even assisted me with minor issues with the rental car company. She really went above and beyond to help me and I truly do appreciate it. I will recommend the Grandview location to anyone in the future because of her! She made a usually difficult experience a lot more tolerable and that's hard to come by anymore. In fact the entire shop was extremely friendly. I've never really had a good experience with a body shop before and this was great. Thank you!

Georgia - I had the back glass on my Excursion replaced on 4/07/2011. I think the technician was from the Douglasville GA location. I did not get the guys name but I wanted to say thank you for an excellent installation. The workorder # W046113569 was the job, and I hope you will pass on my thanks to him. Also, I received same day mobile service at my home and was very pleased with the Gerber experience!
