Washington - I had my windshield replaced on 6/05/12. My installer was very personable and professional and I am very happy with him. I am not happy with your notification personnel. I was told I would be called first thing in morning to let me know if installer would be here in morning of afternoon. At 9:30 am I called Gerber to get an estimated time and was told by Chris (or Kris) I would get a call in a few minutes. An hour and half later still no call so I called again and this time waited on the line to get some kind of time line. I was told at that time the installer would be her between 12:30 and 2:30. This would not have been any problem at all if I would have received a call in the morning like I was supposed to or if when I called I didn't have to call back myself an hour and a half later because no one bothered to call me. This ... was very aggravating, and would make me consider whether or not I would use or recommend your services in the future. I do want to say however, Mike , my installer almost made up for the lack of consideration of your call center. read more

Illinois - This is regarding this facility. 7041 W 153rd St, Orland Park, IL 60462 Recently had my car in for minor touch up work, got it back with 2 masive scratch's on the roof and back corner panel. On top of that my ashtray which was in my center council was out and in my cup holder as if someone was smoking in my car. I dont use it or any of the ashtrays in my car so I dont understand why it would be out, there is nothing of interest in my center council. This is unbelievable my car is more fucked up now then before the minor work I had done by this facility. Will wait to hear if I get a response back from you but Im ready to slam you with negative post's on every search engine I can find and you will be lucky that I dont file a complaint with the attorney generals office and BBB. Washington - The service I received at Gerber Collision, In was beyond excellent. The staff really helped ease the stress experienced after an accident. Randy was very polite, professional, answered all my questions and helped me understand the repairs being made to my vehicle. Lori was awesome, and I really appreciated her calling to find out if I qualified for a rental vehicle and then helping me obtain one. I'd say I just experienced the epitome of customer service. Thank you!

Illinois - The receptionist Marcie and Rob, were very efficient and helpful when providing service to my car. I would definitely recommend Gerber to people I know.

Arizona - I was very pleased with the communication and the quality of service provided. The bi-weekly calls from Kim were informative and re-enforced the idea that someone was working on my vehicle. The work done was very thorough and included cleaning the vehicle which was a great touch. Coming in almost a week sooner didn't hurt either!
