Illinois - I scheduled a windshield replacement on 5/30 to be done in the afternoon of 5/31. I took the day off to wait for the service. The serviceman called and told me he would be arriving in minutes and he did indeed arrive in 15 minutes. As SOON as he got out of the van, he told me that the side trim pieces around the windshield would also need to be replaced because they rarely come off in one piece (which I DO believe.) Unfortunately, he did not have the parts NOR the price for the parts and he would not be able to do the repair today. Unreal...I wondered why your price was so much lower than Safelite. Now, I just lost a days worth of work waiting for nothing. He said he can come back tomorrow but I don't know if I can work that out. HE knew about the trim piece immediately...he also said that they don't know about this kind if ... thing where the phones are answered. Why? Why can't this information be added to the vehicle lookup at the time of the call?? I am still waiting for the call on the price of the trim panels. Illinois - Jose R arrived exacted when he estimated he'd be here, a full day ahead of my original appointment. He was friendly, thorough, and fast. He did a great job and gave us instructions on how to care for the window for the next two days. It was a pleasure dealing with him and Gerber's scheduling people. I like the online estimate as well, and thought the price was fair.

Georgia - i had a repair performed on the front bumper of my sub. the repair was done ahead of schedule. they called when they said they would. they also helped me get a larger rental vehicle bc i needed it for work purposes. they were friendly and helpful. they also touched up some paint on my suv that was not related to the accident and did this after the fact and at no charge. i would highly recommend gerber.
