Illinois - The service was beyond my expectations. The tech came to my house and replaced the windshield, put all the stickers back on and even reattached the IPass. Everything was done quickly and very cleanly. I think my car was actually cleaner after the tech was finished and that rarely happens when I take my car in for service at a dealership!

Nevada - Chris came out to change out the window mouldings. He's a great communicator, called several times in advance to estimate his ETA, showed up on time, and did the work quickly. Very happy with the job.

Nevada - I was really happy with the service provided by Gerber Glass and especially by Kris, the technician. Service was professional, courteous, and prompt. When I was unhappy with the glass that was put in the first time, Kris made two more trips (just one more installation) to make sure I was finally happy with the glass.

Illinois - First of all, this location is very close to my house. I was planning to wait until the repair is done but it was not possible. When I was waiting for the estimate I noticed the rent car was in the corner... this was very convenient for me even i was living close by. I could get everything in one spot. I was very satisfied with the service that i got. All personnel was very polite and attentive. Thank you very much~

Illinois - Everyone connected with the entire process, from the estimate through the actual repair, was courteous, friendly and professional. The work took much less time than estimated and my car looks brand spanking new again. I'm glad that the other driver's insurance company, Safeco, uses Gerber for repairs and that the Crystal Lake location is the one closest to my house!

Nevada - My windshield was repaired by Kris Sowders in the Rio Hotel parking lot. He called and told me when he;d be there and he was prompt and courteous. He explained everything and was patient while I asked all my questions(even though it was 110 degrees). Great guy, he far exceeded all my expectations. You should give the guy a big raise in pay.

Nevada - After my collision all I could think of was the worse, was I going to find a company that would do me and my car right.
