The people at this location are very professional, friendly, helpful and generally seem to be a happy lot. Sadly, my vehicle has been parked under a fir tree for the last two years and suffered much abuse from needles, sap and bird droppings. Knowing how difficult it is to remove some of these things through washing/car washes, I was brought to tears when my vehicle was returned to me not only fixed where I had scraped it but almost showroom clean inside and out. I have been to this location before for glass replacement when my car was broken into and when I found something was not working correctly, almost a year later, they fixed it, no problem. This is definitely my go to location and I want to say thank you again to their friendly staff. Linda Graham

The service at this location was as good as it gets. Both my wife and I had dealings with Brent(I don't know his last name) and he was the epitome of professionalism... Very informative and friendly with quick service. I would take my vehicle back to this Boyd shop in a heartbeat. Although I hope I don't have to! Indiana - request for estimate was very prompt and work was done when it was stated it would be. I would recommend any friends or family to Gerber in Chesterton, IN if asked. The employees were very informative and very nice.

Washington - "Hi...Just had my windshield replaced by Eric McLagler . He was fast, efficient, friendly and informative and I am extremely happy with the outcome. My Jeep is my 'baby' and he showed a very high level of expertise in fixing the windshield. He asked how I heard about your company and after thinking about it I asked him if there was a commercial on radio (770 AM)....and of course he reminded me of the "driving in my car beep beep" commercial...makes me crack up every time I hear it....great advertising. Illinois - #11493 David Martinez, was excellent from beginning to end. Very straightforward, kept to his word, a pleasure to hear him update me twice a week, delivered early, etc. David is an asset to Gerber's fine service. Everything on the car looked brand new. I highly recommend David and Gerber for any collision work.

Washington - My car was only 2 weeks old when it was repaired. When Gerber was done, it looked like it was brand new again. I can't tell you how nice it was to see my car and how good it looked. Great job by everyone at Gerber!
