Illinois - Country Financial is my carrier. Very disappointed as after 5 weeks and an invoice that says $0 due that they want $250. At the time of the repair, there was a check there and when they called 2 days later stating that they would pick it up, they did not. It's now been 5+ weeks from when the repair was made.

Nevada - Kris did a great job. Called us as promised Saturday morning and arrived within 30 minutes. Fast, efficient, professional service. The new windshield looks great. Very satisfied with the whole experience.

Georgia - I was so impressed with the service I received at Gerber. They really went above and beyond with customer service. They always called me, detailed, and waxed my car. It was the best experience I've ever had with a car repair service. Jennifer Parker at the Roswell location was incredible, as was Stephanie at the Decatur location. I will most definitely be using Gerber again if I need to.

I was very impressed with my car being washed and the glass pieces being cleaned from the inside. Also there was a staff memeber who waited for me to pick up my car after being closed at 5pm because I was running late after work-so i really appreciated that. Not sure what his name was but I believe he works at the front desk as a receptionist maybe?

I stopped at this location yesterday to ask about having my headlights aligned. A quick look by one of your service tech found that one of my head light rims was broken, (I own a 1987 K Car!). Your wonderful tech suggested I go to pic a part and I could bring back to install. I appreciated the honesty and suggestion on how to rectify the headlight issue. I was not charged anything, and will return to have them complete the work when I do get the part. Thanks for your service! Jean Parfionko

I just got my car back from Gerber collision and couldn’t be happier. They were friendly, efficient, and the work looks amazing! You cant even tell I was ever hit. To top it off, they even cleaned my car inside and out. Other places I've been give my car back dirtier than I dropped it off, so I purposely didnt do my weeksly car cleaning prior to taking the car to Gerber. I must admit I feel bad now, because they not only vacuumed but cleaned the rtons of dog fur that was on the carpet (daily trips to the dog park with two dogs in the warmer months will do that). Who gives that kind of service these days?! And the outside was sparkling. Washington - I want to let you know the great job that Eric did in replacing my Acura MDX windshield. He was professional, fast in changing out the windshield and easy to talk to. And he saved my transponder, too! Eric called me twice today - first to let me know the approximate time of arrival at my home, and then a follow up call when he was arriving within the 1/2 hour. Great service!!! Thank you Thank you!! (I don't know Eric's last name but I understand he is based out of the Renton facility.)

"WOW!!! I took my vehicle to Boyd in Surrey on King George for an express claim thanks to hit and run on my Red Dragon. I was promptly greeted by the General Manager, Brent, a very charming and knowledgeable young man. There were a couple other staff members in the office, all whom which were extremely friendly and welcoming. I was looked after by Brent and a new trainee, whom didnt seem new at all, he was very professional and also a pleasure to deal with. The courtesy car i was provided was great, nice and clean, and had that "new car" smell, unlike those other autobody guys. My car was repaired quickly, and when i picked it up, not only was the workmanship top knotch, but the inside of my car was cleaned to show room like quality, i was amazed!! This experience has been very pleasant. My husband usually handles all the maintenance and repairs, but since he passed away a few years ago I didn't know what to expect. When I arrived, I was greeted by everyone. They were very patient with me and walked me through the whole process. The rental was nice, but I am happy to have my car back.
