Colorado - I am new to Colorado Springs and asked around for recommendations for car body work. Finally, someone recommended a place-- and I headed there -- to Gerber. I was very pleased with the special attention I received . I never had body work done before on a car and the staff walked me through all the steps. I picked up the car today and it was beautiful! The car looked like new! Now I have a place to recommend!

Washington - Eric McLagler came out to my place of employment this morning to replace a broken window in my car. He was fantastic. Very professional and highly skilled. Eric worked quickly to replace my window. It's never a good expereince to have a broken car window, however Eric made it much better through his customer service and skill. He contacted me to confirm the appointment and give me an ETA, at that time I mentioned the wrong window in passing in our brief conversation. He got to the part for pick up and immedicately noticed the part waiting matched his paperwork, but NOT the window I mentioned. He called me to clarify and was on his way with the glass. EXCELLENT SERVICE! I would gladly recommend his work to anyone.
