I would also recommend Gerber Collision to friends and family. The staff at the Broken Arrow, OK location are very professional and have excellent customer service skills. They were able to resolve issues with the insurance company that I was unable to do.

I was involved in an accident and I can honestly say that Gerber Collision took away a lot of the added stress. Becky was great at getting me schedule to come in for the inspect. She was polite and worked with my schedule. After bringing in the vehicle I was taken care of quickly. After they started working on the vehicle they noticed additional damage. They were quick to keep me updated and were there to help answer any questions. That additional damage brought my return date out an additional week but Gerber was able to get it done as soon as the parts came in and even finished a full two days before the extended deadline. This was my first experience with Gerber or any body shop for that matter. I felt as though I was extremely taken care of. I did not have rental care coverage on my policy and was able to take advantage of the complimentary 5 day rental car. Unfortunately, the dealer sent the wrong headliner for my vehicle, which caused a delay of an extra couple of days past the rental coverage. Shawn was gracious to extend the complimentary rental an additional week. I had a business trip throughout those extra days and did not have to worry about getting the rental back. The whole staff provided excellent communication and called twice a week to give me status updates on my vehicle. Every time anyone said they would call, I received it when they said I would. I have never been in a accident but was given 2 choices to have my truck repaired after I hit a deer and did some major damage to my front end. It was a very professional experience and I would recommend Gerber to everyone that wants a quality job to their vehicle with professional employees. A special thanks to Becky and Song who always had a smile on their face and greeted me like I was a important customer. No waiting no paperwork to hassle. They excided my expectations. My truck was actually finished 3 days before I was told it would be complete and as I am very picky I could not find one thing wrong with the repair. I would strongly recommend this company to repair your vehicle unless you don't like friendly courteous workers and a super quality job.
