Very professional, did a wonderful job on my vehicle. It look the same as it did when I took it off the car lot. I was kept inform of the progress of all repairs . The staff was very friendly and helpful. And the lady who answered the phone (Becky) was so pleasant and helpful every time I called. I would highly recommend the Broken Arrow shop to any and everyone!!!!!!!! I know you can only rate them a 5, but they really deserve a 10+

I had a wonderful experience with Gerber Collision. I was kept in good communication on my van and its progress. Also, the assistant Becky went above and beyond to help clear up a miscommunication between the insurance's information and what they had told me previously. And they cleaned and vacuumed my van which was an added bonus. Very pleased and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to someone else! Thanks!

Everyone was spot on in each area; from answering the phone pleasantly, getting information correct; giving me the estimate, keeping me informed about the car. Explaining each detail to me. Going over what all was done, how much it cost, the warranty from the fix. I felt they went above and beyond to make sure that I was very happy with the service I received. My car was cleaned and looked way better than when I took it to their location. I will refer this site to other family and friends should they need service.
