"Good morning Mike: Just a brief note to let you know how happy I am with the repair work done on my Jeep Patriot. This is my first accident and my first experience with dealing with insurance and a business to resolve the damage. I am greatly impressed with the professional manner in which I was treated from start to finish. Everything was explained to me when I first came into the shop and I was informed of the progress once the repair was started. Finally I couldn't be more pleased with how my Jeep looks now. Not only was the work done in a timely manner, but there's no way anyone would ever believe how it looked when it arrived at your shop! Good thing I have "before" pictures to show them. I was impressed with the how Mike handled the claim and also when we picked up the car. I was not to happy about the way Theresa acted when her printer wouldn't print. She called it a fricken printer 2xs. Mike came over and got it to print after about 5 minutes. Overall good job.

The car is beautiful! The ride is just as smooth as it was prior to the accident. Gerber has a wonderfully talented collision crew. I really appreciated the daily updates.

"The car looks the same as when I drove it home from The Honda Store in December 2012. I really appreciate that there is no "new paint' smell in the interior of the car. Of special note is the exact match of the maroon paint. I've looked at the left side several times and there is not the slightest difference from the doors to the front and rear fenders. The fit and finish is identical the Honda Factory specifications. The auto-down feature on the driver's window is working fine now, just had to press it a couple of times. I might bring my other Accord in to get an estimate on repairing damaged paint."

Tony, I just wanted to thank you again for the excellent work you performed once again on my truck. I know our company is in your shop regularly and once again, you have got us scheduled to fit our needs, completed the work on time, done an excellent job and have not run over budget. It is important to us to keep our vehicles looking their best even though we are in the industrial application. You have helped us maintain a good clean appearance. By the way I left the shop yesterday and an hour later my son called and had had a trailer jackknife coming down the turnpike, we'll have that one in for an estimate very soon. Just wanted to update you that the car seems to running fine. Also wanted to send a belated thank you to you and your colleagues at Gerber Collision for the care and attention to detail that you all took to reconstruct my car after the accident with the deer. It was comforting to knowl that there was someone looking out for my interests even though the car repair was done 500 miles away.

You guys didn’t have to do everything you did…and it is appreciated. I truly liked your willingness to be a great point of contact when it came to taking care of business. The repairs are looking great still and I look forward to bring it in for a follow-up down the road. Oh, and the lock problem hasn’t happened again in a while, so I’m assuming whatever it was reset. If that changes, I’ll let you know if it turns out to be something related to the accident damage. ;)
