Since the car accident from past Sunday Dec. 2, this week has been a complete and total nightmare of hurry up's and wait's. The truth is, I expected more of the same for this morning. But instead something very good happened. I was very fortunate to be helped by a young lady by the name of Angela Davis. Not only was she extremely professional with her job, she exercised a true sense of caring and understanding. I have been in the truck stop business for over 30 year and I know the true assets of a company are it's people. They are the first thing the customer sees and they are the reason customers return. Gerber should be very proud of Angela Davis. As a result of my experience dealing with her, I will personally recommend Gerber Collision & Glass to everyone I can.

Thanks for everything. From the time I walked into Gerber to the time I left with my daughters car everything was great. You handled the write up, and return very professionally. I knew everything that was going on with the car as it was happening. When I brought the car home my wife and daughter were very happy, the work was done perfectly, and the car was spotlessly clean. I just wanted to drop you a note to thank you for the excellent service you provided me in the recent repair of my 2012 Hyundai Veloster. Getting body damage to a vehicle repaired is never a pleasant nor enjoyable experience, especially when the owner is the responsible party for the damage. However, you took your time and worked with us on providing a very reasonable estimate on the damage and explained what would take place. We left pleased with the estimate as it was expected by us to be almost triple of what was quoted. I left my car on a Friday, October 19, 2012, and was able to pick it back on the following Tuesday.
