Robert and the Gerber team at the Rt. 59 location were great to work with. They walked me through the whole process and kept me up to date on progress while the car was being repaired. After having my car for a little over a week to replace the tailgate and trim, my car looked just like new.

I stopped in to get an estimate. Robert W was the estimator on duty. He quickly recognized that I had just hit the tire of the car next to me. I stopped in this morning to get an estimate on damage to my car. The estimator on duty was Robert W. He very promptly looked at my car and recognized that I had just hit the tire of the care next to me. He used some solvent and cleared it quickly. He then instructed me on how to use my touch-up paint to work best with my pearl finish! And no charge at all! I am so please with the service I received from Robert! Thank you so much!

Awesome work. Someone took off the passenger side of my 2019 VW Passat and now you can not tell anything every happen. Great Customer service. Keep me informed throughout the repairs. Delivered the car 3 days early. Even offered to drop it off at the house. I recommend them highly.

I went in the auto shop to get my door realigned as my door wouldn't open cause the side of the fender was bent. The manager said he treats customers like is 24 year old grandson. The tech bent it back and got it with no charge ! AWESOME SERVICE!

This was a timely process however Kim and Ray did a great job with keeping me updated! My car looks brand new so the wait was well worth it! The only thing that made me not give 5 stars was the fact that there were multiple delays and some miscommunication regarding finish date and just overall progress with my car! Other than that everything was great! Thank you Gerber for making my car look fresh off the lot, it literally looks like the accident I was in ever happened! Keep up the great work!

VERY PROFESSIONAL - GREAT JOB AND MY AC WORKS! ---YEARS AGO HAD TWO SEPARATE ACCIDENTS NOT MY FAULT BUT THE COLLISION PEOPLE DID NOT DO A GOOD JOB THEN AS MY AC DID NOT WORK HAD TO BE FIXED AND RADIATOR.---GERBER FIXES IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME--COUNT ON IT!
