From start to finish, Gerber is A+ all the way. They coordinated my real pick up and drop off, dealt with the paper work and then it was time for the actual work. First. They were done a head of schedule. There was a change in the estimate and they worked with my insurance company. I was called regularly with updates and all of my questions were answered. I could not have asked or thought of better. I would like to single out a few people that were instrumental in making the process as painless to me as possible. First is Dani. She took care of the estimation and kept in contact with me and I always felt like I was in good hands. Second is Devin. Fantastic service! Jim and Robert kept me in the loop on the repairs. They were easy to reach and communicated everything clearly. Friendly staff all around - reception (Dee, I think was her name), the gentleman covering for her lunch, Jim, and Robert. They made getting my car back to me as quickly as possible a priority. Hopefully, I don't need collision services again, but will choose them if I ever do. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing collision repairs!

Robert and the Gerber team at the Rt. 59 location were great to work with. They walked me through the whole process and kept me up to date on progress while the car was being repaired. After having my car for a little over a week to replace the tailgate and trim, my car looked just like new.

I stopped in to get an estimate. Robert W was the estimator on duty. He quickly recognized that I had just hit the tire of the car next to me. I stopped in this morning to get an estimate on damage to my car. The estimator on duty was Robert W. He very promptly looked at my car and recognized that I had just hit the tire of the care next to me. He used some solvent and cleared it quickly. He then instructed me on how to use my touch-up paint to work best with my pearl finish! And no charge at all! I am so please with the service I received from Robert! Thank you so much!

Awesome work. Someone took off the passenger side of my 2019 VW Passat and now you can not tell anything every happen. Great Customer service. Keep me informed throughout the repairs. Delivered the car 3 days early. Even offered to drop it off at the house. I recommend them highly.

I went in the auto shop to get my door realigned as my door wouldn't open cause the side of the fender was bent. The manager said he treats customers like is 24 year old grandson. The tech bent it back and got it with no charge ! AWESOME SERVICE!
