Gerber Collision did an great job with my recent insurance claim. From the cute updates on the progress of the job, down to the excellent care Jessica provided. Her attention to our every concern while working smoothly around our irregular schedule made for a wonderful experience. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Gerber Collision or Jessica in the future.

I would highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass to anyone. I went there this morning for an estimate on a slightly damaged bumper. I was helped by Steven L. (Parts & Production Manager) who provided me with such amazing customer service. My bumper only needed to be re attached, and it was done on the spot. Cassie and Jeff were amazing. Cassie is so great with people,i felt very welcome and taken care of. Jeff went the extra mile,i was so upset over the accident and Jeff and cassie both went the extra mile with service and care. At time of drop off,i was a frazzled mess. Cassie assured me everything was going to be ok now. Constant communication from the staff was the best until i was called by Jeff who told me my car was done, ahead of schedule!!! Pick up was awesome. Jeff went over my car with a fine tooth comb, every detail. All i could say was wow.... i will continue to come to this shop not only for body will but for glass as well. I will continue recommending them to everyone i know!

Jessica was absolutely great during this entire in process. She was able to do an estimate within hours of the accident as well as dropping off the car. She explained everything in detail to the degree that I felt very comfortable about the process. Jessica was very knowledgeable, professional and thorough. She kept me up-to-date during the entire process. Gerber finished the car 4 days early. When I went and picked it up, Jessica explained everything to me. She did a great job. I hope all of your employees are as efficient and knowledgeable as she is.

Took a nearly totalled vehicle and restored it to better than before. Kept me updated through the whole process. These guys take pride in their work and do whatever they can to make sure it's done right. Definitely went above and beyond expectations. Absolutely would recommend.
