Very clean and professional environment. Bumper work was very nice, looked like new. Work was completed on time and they kept me up to date on progress. Helped me with a rental car so everything went very smooth. I would recommend to a friend or return if I get rear-ended again.

Great service. The staff were very friendly and answered any questions I had. They also returned my calls in a timely manner. The car was done within a day and looked brand new. If I ever need (hopefully I won't!) an auto body shop again I will choose Gerber.

Professional, courteous, customer centered, great repair service. When I found I needed surgery while car was in shop the crew moved mountains to rearrange their repair schedule to deliver the car 3 days before originally scheduled to meet my needs. This is one great shop!

To whom it may concern, I would like to just say how pleased I am with the service that I received from your Tucson location. From first walking in the door and meeting Jessica and her taking down all of my information, to having Jose go over the vehicle with me....I can only say that the entire experience was amazing. Jose kept in touch with me the entire time my vehicle was being repaired and always beat me to the punch whenever I either had a question or wanted to find out the completion date.
