I am so very pleased with Gerber Collision and Jeff Krouse who handled my body repair work. Jeff was so very helpful and explained everything in detail and had my car ready in 2 days. I would recommend Gerber to anyone who needs a reliable collision shop. Excellent job, Gerber and excellent job, Jeff.Also the receptionist was so very friendly and helpful. USAA did a very good job in recommending Gerber Collision to me. Again, thank you all very much.

The best service ever, efficient and customer service is the best I have ever received. The body work repairs and paint job were EXCEPTIONAL. My car looks BRAND NEW. The status feedback every Tuesday and Thursday amazed and impressed me. Every company should provide this excellent service. I will be recommending Gerber to my friends and family. First and formost I would like to say that I have been to this shop four times. All my fault. Each time Chuck has gone above and beyond. Very professional and always kept me up to date with all repairs. Car was done when promised. All four times they have done a great job fixing my car. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

Just had my 2015 Mercedes ML350 repaired--bumper damage from a parking lot incident. Tyler was professional, thorough, timely and honest. The work done was perfect. And only took 2 days. This is the 4rth car I have taken to this shop and am always extremely satisfied! I recommend them to everyone I know.

Can't speak highly enough of the service from Chuck at Gerber. Got in a wreck about a month ago and there was a problem with the insurance company. The car is in pristine condition now and Chuck was very accommodating and helpful in getting the insurance situation figured out. Will absolutely recommend these guys to anyone I know who needs repairs

This is the third time I've had the "opportunity" to visit Gerber at Palo Verde due to my wife's driving skills. They've gone great work each time and completed the job ahead of the expected timeline. Communication throughout the repairs were timely and appropriate. Really appreciated the daily text updates. Hopefully I won't be back but if I do, I'll come back to Gerber on Palo Verde.

I was extremely impressed from the moment I stepped into Gerber's front office (which was clean and tidy and offered fresh cofee and treats) and was greeted by the most friendly, professional and efficient Front Office reprentative, Jessica. Within minutes, I met the rest of Gerber's amazing Team -- Bill (Geico Claims Adjustor) , Alfie P. (General Manager, Gerber) and Gabriel (Enterprise Representative). These gentlemen were dressed very professionally, treated me with respect and kindness. They were all very knowledgeable, communicative, expedient and helpful. I felt confident and comfortable that I and my car were in great hands! Excellent and easy service from start to finish. Jeffrey K. was my estimator and could not have made this repair any easier for me. Jeffrey kept me informed on a regular basis as to the progress of the repairs and was more than accommodating when my work schedule did not coincide with when my vehicle was ready for pick-up. Yesenia at the service desk greeted me every time with a warm smile and made the visit to your Glendale shop a very pleasant one. As I departed, Kent Francis was very thorough with making sure that all the repairs met to my satisfaction. Repairs were extremely good and timely.
