First of all I can't remember when I have had more delightful employee's (Jeffrey and Cassie) to talk too about a bad situation they were very nice informative and helped above and beyond duties I have seen from other workers at other business's. I came into your establishment very upset about my accident and was laughing and happy when I left. Jeffrey got me back more money with his Est. than I ever expected and am now able to buy a car with my other trade in that makes me feel safe again. Thank You so much for having good employee's, there hard to find.

Second time at Gerber in sbout a year, staff is friendly, efficient and welcoming. They do great work and take time to exolain the reoairs. on this visit they fund a bit more damage under the mirror mount on door and took the extra time tio make sure it was fixed right. They could have covered it up and I would have nevr known there was a problem. Would recommend this shp to anyone needing these services.

She was upbeat even though Geico treated her like a spraying skunk. All the rest of the staff that I dealt with was friendly and courteous.
