Jeff kept us informed during the process always letting us know what stage of repair the car was in and when we could expect it to be returned to us. The car was cleaned and detailed when we got it back. We were very happy with the job Gerber did and would recommend them to our people.

First of all I can't remember when I have had more delightful employee's (Jeffrey and Cassie) to talk too about a bad situation they were very nice informative and helped above and beyond duties I have seen from other workers at other business's. I came into your establishment very upset about my accident and was laughing and happy when I left. Jeffrey got me back more money with his Est. than I ever expected and am now able to buy a car with my other trade in that makes me feel safe again. Thank You so much for having good employee's, there hard to find.

Second time at Gerber in sbout a year, staff is friendly, efficient and welcoming. They do great work and take time to exolain the reoairs. on this visit they fund a bit more damage under the mirror mount on door and took the extra time tio make sure it was fixed right. They could have covered it up and I would have nevr known there was a problem. Would recommend this shp to anyone needing these services.
