I really appreciated having Jeremy R. take care of my collision repair. He made sure that new parts were installed instead of repairing the damaged parts (the prior company wanted to use repair parts and not replace with new). He was very upfront and honest about what needed to be done. I appreciated him for walking me through and explaining in layman terms exactly what had to be done to get my car back to new. He was professional and Gerber should be thankful to have him as one of your team members. Great job Jeremy!

The customer service, the upper management to the mechanics and Francisco at the tint company, you all EXCEED 5 STARS!!!! They were quick, easy to talk to, and kept their word my vehicle would be fixed in 2 days. My 2014 Scion XB looks brand spankin NEW! They washed my vehicle as well. Gerber did an amazing job on my repair. They provided constant texts and phone calls to keep me updated on the progress. The car was delivered on time and the workmanship was excellent. It was also very convenient to return the Enterprise rental car at the Gerber location. Brian was great to work with!

Jessica was amazing. The whole experience was easy from start to finish. My daughter's car looks better and is cleaner than before the accident! I was informed by text and phone call every step of the way, and the car was completed a full week ahead of schedule. This is our third time using this location. I hope to not need them again, but if we do, we certainly will. Thanks for making a yucky situation much better!
