I want to commend the Progressive Agent/Assessor (Barry A) for recommending Gerber Collision to perform the repairs needed on my vehicle. Barry has an exceptional rapore with the management of Gerber (Josh & Kevin) and together they were able to formulate a plan to make the necessary repairs to my 2003 BMW 540-I. The repairs required to return my vehicle to an "as new" condition were very complex and they executed the plan with professionalism and expertise. I couldn't be more pleased with the final results! " Bravo Zulu" to Barry, Josh, Kevin and the rest of the professionals at Gerber. I will gladly recommend Gerber to my associates and friends in need of professional automobile repairs!

I am a repeat Gerber customer. My initial referral to Gerber was made by my insurance carrier, USAA, for some work not associated with any claim back in 2012. The gentlemen who handled my vehicle's needs were Jon F. and Josh H. Both of them were stellar representatives of your company, and I judged the completed work to be exceptional in quality. Recently, one of our family cars was hit by a flying wooden object while motoring on the 101 freeway. Gerber was again my repair facility of choice. (When USAA recommends a business, it has been my experience that the suggested company is top notch in their field. Once more that proved true.) Four people stand out in my most recent experience with Gerber's customer service and the repair of my car: Cassie B., who took my first phone call and, with a smile in her voice, made my initial appraisal ... appointment. Her welcome of a new customer was both assuring and sincere. She's a great ambassador (either on the phone or in person) for your company. Avery A. personally handled my car's check-in, all the requisite paperwork, watch-dogged the repair process, and, along with Cassie, ran a thorough check of every system before clearing the car for delivery back to me. There was even a glitch in the wood-struck driver's-side door locking mechanism, and she wouldn't let me leave until that last element of the repair was operating smoothly. She's a terrific manager of your Glendale facility. Dave B. was the technician who got his hands dirty repairing my damaged car. On my scheduled pick-up day Dave stayed around after his shift should've been over to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the repair work he had been responsible for. What a telling dedication to job quality and personal integrity. Fortunately for me, when the door locking mechanism glitch was discovered, Dave stayed to make the necessary adjustments until it performed flawlessly. He is another fine representative of Gerber's customer service credo. Finally, but certainly not lastly, praise must also accorded Jeffrey K., my repair's estimator and principle point of contact throughout the repair process. I've been told that USAA's trust in a repair shop is chiefly lodged in the integrity and expertise of the shop's repair estimator, and also that USAA's trust is only earned in proven performance over a length of time. Well, it is readily apparent why Gerber's Glendale shop is recommended by USAA to its membership: Jeffrey K. In every instance of the process, from initial meeting and estimate, through the repair schedule (dynamic because the arrival of the repair parts dictated changes to the original projected repair time), to the day of repaired car delivery, Jeffrey exceeded expectations. He's just that good, that thorough. And when fielding my frequent numerous questions, he graciously gave of his time and expert advice. So besides being a sharp professional, he was also considerate and personable to a customer hungry for information. Regarding my car's windshield replacement, I did not get the chance to meet the Gerber team that replaced the broken-through windshield. The finished job, though, reflects the same high standards found in the entire repair effort. Please accept my thanks to them as well as the four persons I've mentioned above. The staff here was very helpful, cheerful when answering the phone or explaining things, helping me get things transferred between vehicles. And one person in particular, Bill, went beyond his responsibility to assist me with a problem which I thought was the result of their repair work, but it wasn't. He researched the problem and called me to let me know what it meant, saving me a possible dead battery situation.
