Although no one enjoys dealing with automobile damage, from the initial visit through the completion of the repair, my experience with this Gerber Collision office was great. I was greeted in a pleasant manner, treated as if I was the most important customer they've ever had, and my estimator, Jeremy, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He listened and was agreeable with the repair we wanted to do with this relatively minor damage. I would definitely return to Gerber but I hope I don't need to!

Everyone was nice and very easy to work with. Anthony was very clear and helpful about the steps I needed to take with dropping off my car, getting a rental and everything that needed to be done to my car. He went above and beyond making my car look better than before the accident. Ruth at the front desk was always very pleasant/personable and would make you smile when she answered the phone.
