I took my car in a few days ago to get my bumper fixed from an accident that was not my fault. It was an inconvenience but not a big deal and Gerber really made my experience a very positive one. Everyone I talked with (nice woman at the front desk, Adrian (sp?), and the man who drove me home) were all extremely nice and professional. I appreciated the daily text messages regarding how my car was coming along. I also appreciated you guys cleaning the inside and outside of my car, I did not expect that and I was happily surprised. I take my pride in my car and appreciated that you guys treated it with respect. I just wanted to let you know that you guys are going above and beyond and I will definitely recommend you to my friends and coworkers. I came back to get my car body work a second time because Marcel is a true professional, knowledgeable and personable. Marcel remembered me from my previous time getting work done, about 3 years ago. Diana was very professional, and knowledgeable. Julie was very helpful and gave excellent customer service. Marcel, Diana, and Julie make for,a great team. I will be coming back to conduct my business in the future. I am very happy with the overall customer service, their professional attitude, and the body work on my car. Thank you staff at gerber collision for a pleasant experience.

It was great. Service tech helped me keep expenses down so that I would not have car "totaled". Also scheduled me for a repair at the same time but not related to accident. This not the first time I used you and it won't be the last.

Wow. Great service and courtesy. Done sooner than promised. Work looks perfect and the damage was pretty heavy. I took my Toyota Sennia back because I thought there was an electrical problem with the sliding back panels. Turns out I had (or my 5 year old granddaughter) turned off that function. Still, the Geico rep. RObert, the entire team, receptionist and manager Bill were just great. Need work done, go to Gerber on Priest in Tempe.

I told Paul I would be coming back, and I sure did! My car is a dent magnet but Gerber Collision adds a touch where they make it look better than before the dent! Very happy with the service, and reasonable cost too!

Repairs were done ahead of scheduled time estimated, through a very friendly Estimate Agent, Gentry M., as well as friendly office staff. I was kept abreast of each step of the repair process twice a week until finished and was even notified of additional repairs needed that could not be seen at the time of the original estimated due to the door not being able to be opened because of the damage. I really enjoyed the updates and will defiantly tell other about your company and I look forward to using your services again. Hopefully not for year(s) to come.

Jennifer did an outstanding job in assisting my son in getting his car repaired after is car was rear ended . She contacted the insurance company and handled all the paperwork needed to initiate the repair work. Gerber Collision did a great job in replacing the damaged parts and made the car look new again. I would highly recommend Gerber Collision repair shop to my friends and family.
