Dave S. is unbelievable. Starting with his outgoing personality, to his knowledge, and most importantly his passion. I don't know who was more excited me or him when I finally got to see my jeep! He loves doing what he does and is incredible at it, and that's what makes for a great company. I sincerely want to thank him and everyone else who had a hand in this. The girls in the office are absolutely lovely, and I appreciated that you guys would send a text keeping me posted. You guys rock!

Jeremy R. was phenomenal!! He provided us with two price options for repair of the drivers rear door on our vehicle. Both price points were fair and were not excessively higher than one another. We called on a Tuesday and was able to drop it off that night for a Wednesday appt. They were busy that week and we were told it could be Monday or Tuesday of the next week before it was ready. Jeremy called me on Thursday (yes the Thursday of the same week) and told me it would be done Friday afternoon! It was done 2-3 business days early and it looked great!! They washed the car and even shined the tires! Then to top it all off, he called me on Monday to let me know they had over charged me by $57 and they were crediting my credit card!! Won't take my car anywhere else or to anyone else! Great customer service! Thank you Jeremy!!

Had extensive paint work from a tire scrape down the side of our SUV which happened while parked at a supermarket. The work matched 2006 original paint perfectly, and Jeff K. went out of his way to make sure we were well taken care of and all was completed perfectly. Jeff is an expert estimator and customer service representative for Gerber, exceptional!
