I originally had some body work on my Forester done about 3 years ago while I was with Geico. Recently the clear coat on the front bumper and hood started chipping and peeling off. I brought my car in and Bill H. took a look at it and said it would be covered under Gerber's warranty. I left my car there when I went out of town and it was ready when I returned. It looked great and I really appreciated all of Bill's help.

A few months ago my parked and unoccupied new Jeep Cherokee was hit by an uninsured motorist driver. I was so upset. I was not a happy camper. I brought my vehicle to Gerber Collision & Glass. When I walked in I was warmly greeted by Angelica in the lobby. I met with Bill H. who explained the repair process and the time line for repairs. I dropped my truck off on Monday and was told I should expect to pick my repaired vehicle up on Friday. On Wednesday morning I got a call advising me that the repair process is going well and my vehicle will actually be ready on Thursday afternoon. On Thursday I picked my truck up and I was very impressed. The repairs were excellent and vehicle was washed looking good. Overall I just want to say not only did Gerber Collision & Glass provide great service but I felt valued as a customer. I will ... definitely be a repeat customer. read more

I am hard of hearing and he took time to explain everything he was doing and kept me up to date. He should be commended for his attention to detail and courteous. Gerber does some of the finest repair work I've ever seen. My car looks brand-new again. Jeff K., the estimator who handled the work on my car, gave me at least daily reports on the progress of repairs. Work on my car was finished earlier than their estimated completion date. The entire staff are courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. I am completely satisfied with my experience dealing with Gerber Collision and Glass.
