From the time I first went into Gerber and I waited for my estimate, i watched, talked and saw how other were greeted and treated; and, listened to how my fellow felt their service has been with Gerber. Dave, the coordinator of my care and those other customers who I shared time with-- even prior to our first interaction--eased my mind and I felt he was forthright, honest and not someone who said what "we...I " wanted to hear to placate. He spoke truth...which was amazing... eg ... i came in late memorial day weekend on Saturday and because of his honesty he saved me 3 unnecessary days of a rental car and took the time to address with Enterprise the delay and arranged everything for me to just drop off car keys; and, and to have rental car for Tuesday at 8am with someone to meet me. He kept me informed throughout the entire ... process and even gave me advice what to do when rental car service light came on. My husband died unexpectedly almost 4 years ago, and while I'm 52 I have not had accident previously where I had to deal with drama that goes with it alone. I wasn't alone with Dave and he walked me through everything step by step. The car us beautiful. I am a RN and have referred 2 Drs without even have received my car ...simply based on Dave. Once again, Bill took care of me immediately . The wait when I came in was minimal and I brought work with me while the part was being changed out as I was told it could take approx. 20 minutes....I don't think I waited more than 12 minutes and it was done. I'm very impressed with the great communication, overall Customer Service and the work that's been done on my vehicle. I will also continue to recommend Gerber Collision.

They went above and beyond. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Even after when I went to pick up my car. My car wouldn't start because of the steering wheel lock. They tried for over a hour. This had nothing to do with what they repaired. I left the car with them to repair the steering wheel lock. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs any collision and glass repair. I would most definitely go back

I am very pleased with staff as well as all the repair done on my Toyota. Ruth John, and Bernie were very patient with my questions and phone calls. The mechanics who worked on my car did a fine job and my car drives as quiet and as well as it did before the crash. I was especially pleased with the clean, vacuumed condition in which my car was returned to me.

Bill H. came out within in a few minutes after I was checked in...minimal wait... :-) We looked at my vehicle as the hatch/rear door on my Armada was not opening. He took my vehicle back and said it would be approx. 20 minutes. It wasn't even 10 minutes and he was back with a diagnosis and said he would cover the issue...can I say "THRILLED". I've had some unexpected high expenses recently and was so relieved when I didn't have to pay for another expense and it was going to be covered....he went the extra mile when he didn't have to and showed true, genuine care about my vehicle. I think this was the second time I had my vehicle repaired by Gerber and am overall very satisfied. Thank you Bill !!!!
