From the minute I walked into the door till the time I got my car back 2 days later, I felt like I was Gerber's most important customer. My car was ready when promised and it looks GREAT!!! I couldn't be happier! They even buffed out my ugly looking headlights even though I just went in for a bumper replacement! I'm so impressed with Gerber's customer service, that I will definitely use them again!!!

This was my first collision repair event. The intake portion was fast and painless with virtually transparent handling to the rental car location. The estimated time to repair was four (4) days. In fact, the vehicle was ready to pick up the very next afternoon. The process out (walk-around and explanations) was comprehensive. All in all, an excellent experience

Just brought my car in on Wednesday to have it repaired after I was rear ended. The staff took incredible care of me and kept in constant contact letting me know how things were going. Not only did they fix it, but they finished it a day early and you would never know that it was ever in an accident! Thank you, it looks amazing!!
