Although my car was eventually deemed to be a total lossle and not repaired, my experience with Jeff K. and the folks at the Anthem location was great. All of the employees were friendly, informative and professional. I have had work done here in the past and would recommend them.

I couldn't have asked for better service. Everyone at this location is very kind and courteous. The facility is clean and even has a rental car company on site as well. Jeff and Sara were great at keeping me up to speed on my claim the entire time. I already have and will continue to recommend this location to everyone in need of excellent service. I just received my truck back from Gerber and I couldn't be more happy with the results. After being rear ended I was worried that my truck would never be the same, but the staff at Gerber Collision on Priest Drive in Tempe made my truck like new again and I am extremely thankful. Special thanks to the General Manager Bill H. He really went out of his way, talked to me personally on the phone about my vehicle, and eased my mind about the difficult situation I was in. He showed compassion about my personal situation and that really showed me he cares about his customers. Jordan C. was my estimator and was great at keeping me informed step by step as they fixed my truck for me, worked with the insurance company of the man who caused the accident so I wouldn't be stressed. I worked with Leah W. getting an estimate and having the damage to my Raptor repaired. My experience started off on a sour note because of the insurance company for the person that hit me. Thanks to the interaction Leah had with Assurance America, things quieted down and seemed to go smoothly. Hopefully I'm finished with them. I got my truck back yesterday, and I was extremely pleased at the outcome. The side panel and the tailgate looked good. The gaps were as they were when new. The paint matches and seems flawless. So far I don't see any orange peel. All in all, Gerber did a great repair job, and I was fortunate to have Leah as my estimator and go to person for my questions and concerns. I recommend Gerber Collision to anyone looking for auto body work. Their customer service is excellent and the work done on my daughter's car is beyond expectation. I had the unfortunately need to have body work done on my daughters car twice in the last two years, none of it her fault, I will add. When I got her car back, both times, the car looked brand new. Gerber repaired chips on her front bumper, a deep scratch on the hood of her car, and other chips on her car. The extra chips were NOT part of the original damage, they simply had extra paint so they used it to satisfy the customer. We are thrilled with their customer service, they also have good, free, coffee.

Jordan was fantastic in keeping me informed on the progress of the repairs on my vehicle. I was impressed that the work that was done is perfect, done on time and for a reasonable price! Estimator Jeff K. was professional, responsive, and very fair with me. I literally could not have wished for a better experience. Although you never look forward to having to turn to a body shop via a collision, I would never choose to anyone else. I have recommended Gerber to friends. Receptionist Sara was equally as nice. I have used Gerber Collision on Priest Drive in Tempe twice in the last few years and the service and quality of work has been excellent. The other day I brought in a car that I had recently purchased because I suspected it had some damage.
