I was always aware of the progress through text and even got phone calls from moe anytime he needed to fill me in further . Moe and his staff did a great job and went above and beyond for me and my Colorado !

I had a wonderful experience with Gerber Collision in Chandler. I was rear ended and Gerber was recommended to me by American Family Insurance. From the moment I walked in and the young ladies at the front desk greeted me with smiles to the very end when I picked up my car, I was treated well and taken care of. Nicole and Kat at the front desk went above and beyond assisting me with the rental car company, and the check in and pick up of my car was smooth and efficient. Tim M. was my estimator and he too was amazing. He kept me well informed on the progress of the repairs, and provided impeccable customer service throughout the entire process - and the car looked terrific after it was done! Section of my front end came loose after catching some rebar on a cement parking block. Went in to have it looked at. Jeff had me in and out of there within 10 minutes. Wonderful service! That's why I always recommend you.

I will never go to any other body shop after going to Gerber. I was sent to another body shop by my insurance company and was horrified at treatment I received. I was then sent to Gerber collision after that, and what a difference. They gave me personalized service with a smile. They are professional, courteous, and do impeccable work. Your car is returned to you promptly when scheduled, freshly washed and detailed, looking fantastic. There work comes with a lifetime guarantee, which shows their integrity. Knowing that the work has been done correctly, also gives me piece of mind...one less thing for me to worry about in the future. This location is top notch. From the initial appraisal to the finish was very professional. During the restoration process I was informed as to the progress and about a delay due to having to order parts not covered in the first appraisal. Gerber dealt directly with the insurance co about the additional parts. After the completion I had to return for a minor adjustment to the hood which was done well and took 15 minutes. The staff and management were very friendly and professional. Would I use this shop again if necessary? Without a doubt.

The Gerber group here treated me like an "important" customer. Their friendliness made the entire event go smoothly from start to finish. (I can't say this for my insurance company! I am an 83 year old woman (with all the said peculiarities) and the staff guided me gently thru an experience which was new to me. You're the BEST!! THANK YOU!!!
