Great Service! Car was completed 2 days ahead of schedule. The shop also kept me informed through the whole process. A very friendly and helpful staff. Especially Colleen who helped me get in and scheduled when my insurance company did not.

Jennifer Razo was outstanding in professional and courtesy customer relations. I did not have to make an appointment- just brought the car in and the damaged collision was taken care of in an expeditious manner. I sincerely appreciate the patience and care she displayed. Truly an asset to this company- she took the sadness of my car being scraped- she turned it into assurance that it would be taken care. And she lived up to this expectation. Yes, I know she did not do the work herself, but she was the first face and last face I met. She was the representative of this organization and believe me, she was professional.

There were a lot of cars at the location and they were timely in completing the repair and communicating. "During a short stay in Tucson, AZ, some "wonderful" person decided to "key" the side of our brand new car. We took the car to Gerber, expecting to be told that it would take a week or two. To our amazement, we dropped the car off the next day and it was finished in less than 36 hours...WOW! You can't even tell that there was ever anything there...looks like it just came from the factory. We have to salute Jennifer Razo for her professionalism and willingness to get us finished and back on the road in record time. We were referred to your establishment by Lance's RV and are thankful to them as well. You have a great establishment!"
