THE SERVICE WAS COURTIOUS AND FAST, I WAS UPDATED THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE PROCESS WITHOUT ME HAVING TO CALL AND COLEEN WAS VERY SWEET AND VERY HELPFUL ESPECIALLY DURING THE TREMENDOUS RUSH WHEN I BROUGHT THE CAR AND I AM EXTREAMLY SATISTFIED WITH THE CAR INSIDE AND OUT.

This is my second experience using Gerber Collision. I have lived in Tucson for a little over 4 months and this time my son had an accident that involved 3 sides of my sons Rav4. I was very happy to know of a place to have my car repaired. I immediately called Sam at Gerber and had my sons car towed to the shop. I was extremelyt pleased last time and was not disappointed in any way this or last time. Sam and his staff were very courteous and helpful. Sam and his crew gave us back our car looking like new. In many ways he exceeded my expectations. I have been in several conversations regarding my son's accident and have made sure to recommend his shop. Thank you again Sam and Gerber Collision.

"Auto damage repair due to "freak of nature" hail storm! Excellent service, in a timely manner, with wonderful customer service requiring rental arrangements and progress updates. All encounters with staff via in person/phone conversations were kind, encouraging, friendly, and courteous. Wouldn't want to do business with any other facility.....Thank you!!! I was devestated after living in Tucson for 7 months and had my car broken into for the 2 time. The 1st time I was referred to Gerber and this time knew where to go for repairs. Gerber went above and beyond to help and make us feel comfortable. They had the rental car agency here and waiting for us. From begining to end Gerber treated us like family. They even called every few days with car repair updates. I would recommend them to anyone who needed car repair.
